Have you ever wanted to visit a fairytale Enchanted Forest?

Now you can do it! A magic festival named The Enchanted Forest filled with lights, shows, culture and music takes place in Scotland every year.

Can you even imagine it?  Walking through the woods while admiring the astonishing lights all over the forest and hearing the amazing music designed just for the festival is a whole new experience for the senses.

With dazzling visuals and innovative design set against an original music score, including a new orchestral piece, you can explore the stunning autumn woodland setting of Forestry Commission Scotland’s Faskally Wood near Pitlochry. Using the forest as a natural backdrop, you will experience a lighting show that is, quite simply, out of this world.

As you walk trough the Enchanted Forest, you will also evidence some of the UK’s best ariel artists, who will be performing above your head. You can also appreciate the local light art hanging almost every tree.

The event has swept the board in recent years at a number of prestigious award ceremonies including the coveted Scottish Rural Award for Tourism & Hospitality in 2016, Scottish Thistle Award for Best event in 2015, the Event Management Grand Prix, and Best Cultural Event at the Scottish Event Awards.

The visitors can also get the best taste of Scotland. There are 6 different restaurants inside the festivals, so it doesn’t matter if you want a local Steak, a delicious burger or a vegetarian gourmet option, they have it all! Pair these with a glass of wine or a hot cocoa to dull the chilled weather.

At the Enchanted Forest, people from every age are welcomed. So you can go with your friends, any family members and even alone!
