Why New York City?
Jeffrey Young, the founder of this famous international festival, following the success of his London Coffee Festival, wants to bring the festival where coffee is “the center of the world” and New York is the perfect place.
The artisan industry is rapidly growing all around the world and it is the time for craft coffee in New York City. As Young mentioned, this coffee shops became famous because they provide a different choice and “New York is all about choice”.
Smaller shops provide a more personalize service and experience that you cannot find in a larger chain of coffee shops.
