The international hotel chain “Four Seasons” will take over the Nam Hai Hotel, a luxury complex located very close to Hoi An, Vietnam.
This coastline region is a commercial location dating from the 15th century protected by UNESCO and that is also considered one of Vietnam’s culinary meccas.
Four Seasons Resort Nam Hai, will open on December 20th of this year after its renovations on their 60 resort villas and 40 private villas are completed
The complex will have three restaurants, three pools, a beach bar and a children’s club. In addition, they will added a spa with 8 private pavilions.

The property was built in 2006, owned by Singapore-based Hotel Properties Ltd. and Dubai-based ASB Development Ltd.
